Article 1 – Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales of products and services offered by AEROTECH SAS to consumers and non-professional customers.
They apply to any order placed:
- via the website www.fly-aerotech.com,
- by email, phone or contact form,
- or directly at the workshop.
Any order implies the Customer’s full and complete acceptance of these Terms, to the exclusion of any other document.

Article 3 – Products and services offered
3.1 Services
AEROTECH SAS offers in particular:
- paraglider servicing,
- repair of paragliders, lines, risers and harnesses,
- repacking and inspection of reserve parachutes,
- partial or full inspections,
- technical consulting services.
These services are carried out in accordance with best practice, manufacturers’ recommendations and the standards in force.
3.2 Sale of products
AEROTECH SAS offers free-flight equipment for sale (paragliders, parachutes, accessories, instruments, equipment), new or equivalent to new, depending on the brands distributed.
3.3 Services operated by our partner Ailéments
The tandem discovery flights and piloting courses presented on this website are neither sold nor operated by AEROTECH SAS. These services are sold, supervised and carried out under its sole responsibility by Ailéments, an FFVL-certified paragliding school whose instructors hold state diplomas.
Any booking of a tandem flight or course is made directly on the partner’s website and is governed by its own terms and conditions of sale, its insurance and its cancellation policy. These Terms do not apply to them.
The role of AEROTECH SAS is limited to the service and repair workshop, the design office and the sale of equipment, as described in articles 3.1 and 3.2.
Article 4 – Orders and quotes
Every service or sale is subject to:
- either a prior quote,
- or a written confirmation (email, form, confirmed verbal agreement).
The quote is valid for the period indicated on it. Approving a quote constitutes a firm commitment by the Customer.
Article 5 – Prices and payment terms
Prices are expressed in euros, VAT included.
5.1 Services
Payment is made when the equipment is returned, or according to the terms specified on the quote.
5.2 Sale of equipment
Payment may be required at the time of order, or on delivery, as applicable.
5.3 Payment methods
- Bank transfer
- Other methods accepted on a case-by-case basis
AEROTECH SAS reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous payment default.
Article 6 – Lead times
Completion and delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:
- the workshop workload,
- the complexity of the service,
- the availability of parts or equipment.
AEROTECH SAS undertakes to inform the Customer of any significant delay.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force:
7.1 Services
The right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun with the Customer’s agreement.
7.2 Sale of products
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. Returns must be made:
- in their original condition,
- at the Customer’s expense,
- with the prior agreement of AEROTECH SAS.
Article 8 – Liability and insurance
AEROTECH SAS is covered by a professional liability insurance policy, including servicing, repair and reserve parachute repacking activities.
AEROTECH SAS cannot be held liable:
- in the event of improper use of the equipment,
- in the event of non-compliance with safety recommendations,
- for normal wear of materials.
Free flight remains a risk activity, practised under the pilot’s responsibility.
Article 9 – Personal data
The personal data collected is used exclusively for order processing and customer relations. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All content on the website www.fly-aerotech.com (texts, images, logos, documents) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Article 11 – Force majeure
AEROTECH SAS cannot be held liable for non-performance resulting from an event of force majeure (bad weather, supplier failure, unforeseeable unavailability, etc.).
Article 12 – Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
